No diagnostic charge when you approve the repair
Every diagnostic has a flat, published price. Approve a repair of $50 or more and you don't pay for the diagnostic. Decline it, and you pay only for the diagnostic. A Level 2 Diagnostic, if one's needed, is always charged.

A noise, a leak, a warning light, A/C that won't cool — none of it can be honestly priced before we've found the cause. So we price the finding, hand you a clear estimate, and only then do the work.
Diagnose
We pinpoint the cause. Every diagnostic is a flat, published price by system — $115 for most systems, $225 for complex electronic systems — so the number is clear before we start. No diagnostic charge when you approve a repair of $50 or more.

A clear, itemized estimate for the repair, sent by text. Every line, before any work begins.
Repair
You approve, we do the work — most of it the same day. The price you approved is the price you pay.
